hammer=flat wire. i must remember that. what type of wire do you use? I've been trying to find something like this for a while, but everything feels too flexible.

24 gauge silver wire semi hard to full hard. .. if you want to do hammering for silver and gold go get yourself a very small brass hammer and a small polished jewlers anvil. if you cant get a brass hammer get a tiny metal one and made sure its polished.. the hammering sort of densifies the molecules in the silver so it becomes less flexible and it keeps its shape.. plus makes it flat and shiny
